1. What this policy covers
1.1. This policy explains what information izsoli.lv stores on your device and reads from it. This includes both cookies and your browser's local storage (localStorage).
1.2. The law refers to storing information on the user's device, not only to cookies (Section 7.1 of the Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumu likums (Law on Information Society Services)). That is why we describe everything we store here, regardless of the technology.

2. In brief
- In the public part of the website we do not use any first-party cookies. Your login, your cookie choice, language and basket are kept in your browser's local storage.
- We only use our own cookies in the staff admin panel.
- In the European Union, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, no analytics or advertising tool is run until you give your consent. Google Consent Mode is set to "denied" by default.
- Microsoft Clarity session recordings only start if you have ticked analytics consent.
- We also store your choice on our server so that, if needed, we can prove when and to what you consented.
- Login keys are not passed to analytics tools. The part of the link where they could appear is removed before the tools load.
3. Strictly necessary information
The website does not work without it: you cannot log in, bid, use the basket or pay. It is stored without consent.
3.1. Browser local storage (izsoli.lv)
- auction_bidder_tokens — What it is for: Buyer login to the account · How long: until logout
- izsoli_cc_v1 — What it is for: Your cookie choice · How long: until you change your choice
- izsoli_visitor_v1 — What it is for: Basket and checkout · How long: until the order is completed or deleted
- izsoli_supplier_token — What it is for: Seller and partner dashboard login · How long: until logout
3.2. Cookies in the admin panel (staff only)
- admin_rt — What it is for: Renewing a staff member's login · Type: httpOnly, first-party
- admin_td — What it is for: Staff member's login session · Type: httpOnly, first-party
These cookies are not set for buyers and sellers.
3.3. Payment service providers. When you pay with Klix or Inbank, their own cookies may be set on their pages to process the payment and prevent fraud. These are governed by those companies' terms.
4. Analytics (only with consent)
- Google Analytics 4 — What it stores: _ga, _ga_<ID> · What it is for: Visit statistics: which pages were viewed, where the visitor came from · How long: up to 24 months
- Microsoft Clarity — What it stores: _clck, _clsk, CLID, MUID · What it is for: Session recordings: mouse movements, clicks, scrolling. Helps find places where users struggle · How long: _clsk 1 day, others up to 12 months
In Clarity recordings, input fields and personal data on screen are masked, so they do not show what you type or your details.
If you have given analytics consent, referral source tags (which ad or link you came from) are also saved in the local storage item izsoli_visitor_v1.
5. Marketing (only with consent)
- Google Ads — What it stores: _gcl_au, and NID and IDE on Google domains · What it is for: Measuring ad performance (including enhanced conversions, see clause 5.2.1 of the Privacy Policy) and remarketing · How long: _gcl_au 90 days, NID up to 6 months, IDE up to 13 months
- Meta Pixel — What it stores: _fbp, _fbc, fr · What it is for: Measuring Facebook and Instagram ad performance · How long: up to 90 days
- TikTok Pixel — What it stores: _ttp · What it is for: Measuring TikTok ad performance · How long: up to 13 months
TikTok Pixel is being implemented. Until it is switched on, this cookie is not set.
Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel are loaded through Google Tag Manager only after you consent to the relevant category. Microsoft Clarity is loaded separately, also only after analytics consent. The list of tools was checked on 22.09.2026.
6. How to change your choice
6.1. Click "Cookie settings" in the website footer. You can accept everything, reject everything or choose categories. The "Accept all" and "Reject all" buttons are equal.
6.2. Withdrawal takes effect immediately. It does not affect anything that happened before the withdrawal.
6.3. You can also delete all stored information yourself in your browser:
- Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > View permissions and data stored across sites > izsoli.lv > Delete data;
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Manage Data;
- Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data;
- Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data.
If you delete local storage data, you will be logged out of your account and your basket will be emptied.
7. Personal data
7.1. Some of this information is personal data. Its processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
7.2. Google, Microsoft, Meta and TikTok may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. This is done on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
7.3. The time of your consent or withdrawal and the categories you chose are kept for 3 years as evidence.
8. Changes
8.1. We announce changes on the website. If we add a new tool or category, we will ask for your consent again.
