How long. We dispatch paid lots the next working day. A parcel locker delivery is usually available after 48 hours. If a lot is sold by another seller, they send the item within 3 working days, as shown on the lot page.
Who delivers. Delivery is handled by Omniva and DPD parcel lockers and courier. You see the available options and prices straight away at checkout, and the total recalculates automatically.
Several lots. If you buy several lots and they can be sent in one parcel, you pay for delivery once.
Large items. We do not send large furniture and bulky items to parcel lockers. They can be collected in Riga or sent by courier by separate arrangement. Write to us and we will arrange it.
Tracking. The tracking number appears in your order and is sent by email.
Uncollected parcels. If a parcel is not collected and comes back to us, a relisting fee applies. If you see you won't make it in time, write to us, as we can usually extend the deadline.
Damaged packaging. Check the packaging when you receive it. If it is damaged, take a photo before opening it and write to us.
